BEHIND THE PAINT BRUSH

Luzmaria is a Venezuelan Artist who specializes on wild animal/pet portraits with a unique abstract twist and one of a kind custom "Cuchi" watercolor illustrations.

​

Growing up, she developed her skills with numerous drawing and painting classes with some of Venezuela's renowned painters such as Alvarez De Lugo, among others. Later studied at the Savannah College of Art and Design and graduated Magna Cum Laude with honors from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale for Fashion Merchandising and is a certified Counselor specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Life Coaching.

 

Luzmaria's paintings have been exhibited in a variety of galleries in Venezuela and The United States. Her art has won numerous awards and can be found in number of boutiques across the country.

Her passion for beauty and everything art related have led her to expand and excel at different mediums but her main passion are still watercolor painting and drawing.

At the moments her main focus is being a stay at home mom while also managing her art business with an Etsy store 
and a Blog
